• Update OS, Application software, provide Antivirus software, and protect servers via various means such as PIX firewall, ISA, VLAN, etc.

Network Monitoring

• Setup intermapper, MOM, MRTG, Packeteer, Lightspeed, SYSLOG server and SNMPc to monitor the various network devices such as routers, switches, servers, WiFi AP's, and UPS's.
• Setup paging for outages due to hardware problems and application outages.
• Respond to outage via direct in person intervention during business hours.
• Remote access via VPN
• Remote KVM via IP KVM system
• Terminal services
• Remote reboot with APC IP connection AC master switch

Router Maintenance

• Provide maintenance of the client routes in case of hardware failure or software corruption.
• Setup routing, access control list
• Firewalls and switching devices
