
Who:
- The upgrade will affect both employees at ACOE and those accessing services from outside the ACOE network.
What:
- ACOE’s Internet Access, E-Mail, and Escape Services will be Unavailable during the upgrade.
When:
- Tuesday 12/8 between 7pm and 11pm
- Friday 12/11 starting at 6PM.
- Essential Services will be restored by 1PM on Saturday..
- All other services are scheduled to be back online by 6pm Saturday.
Why:
- ACOE is upgrading it’s Computer Operations Center. As part of that upgrade several servers will be moved into new rack space in the center. Tuesday’s outage is preparation for the Friday-Saturday outage. Saturday is when the bulk of the work will take place.
