This collaboration of ACOE, CSU East Bay, University of San Francisco, local community colleges, and 11 Alameda County school districts is designed to channel paraeducators into the teaching profession by providing tuition reimbursement, academic support and advisory services, and transportation stipends.

Bilingual Teacher Training Program (BTTP)

The Bilingual Teacher Training Program (BTTP) assists K-12 teachers who already possess a basic credential and want to attain the authorization required by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) to provide English Language Development (ELD), Specially Designed Academic Instruction in English (SDAIE), and / or primary language instructional services to English learners.
